Rustic Bistro

STARTERS

Snack Board $32 

Prosciutto, smoked salami, Prairie Breeze sharp cheddar, trail mix, preserves, and crackers, perfect for sharing.  Serves 2-4.

Whipped Ricotta Duo $14

Smooth ricotta served two ways: drizzled with honey and olive oil, as well as topped with a dollop of orange and calabrian pepper preserves. Served with bread for dipping.

SALADS and SANDWICHES

Classic Wedge Salad $13

Crisp iceberg lettuce wedge drizzled with rich blue cheese dressing and topped with crispy bacon, cherry tomatoes, and chives.

Balsamic Pear and Walnut Wedge Salad $13

A twist on the classic, featuring iceberg lettuce, sweet balsamic glazed pears, toasted walnuts, and blue cheese crumbles.

Farmhouse Chicken Salad $16

Diced chicken, celery, mayo, grapes, and cashews on cranberry wild rice bread. Served with chips and a pickle.

Sweet and savory: figs, prosciutto, and creamy ricotta cheese, topped with arugula and finished with a balsamic drizzle.

Chick A Dew $19

Chicken, sweet and mild peppadew peppers, and mozzarella on a garlic white sauce, topped with tangy barbecue sauce.

Caramelized Onion and Goat Cheese $17

Velvety caramelized onions paired with creamy goat cheese and fresh thyme.
