Join us for our annual Harvest Dinner in the Vineyards. We’re looking forward to the opportunity to celebrate our second anniversary of opening, our growing wine club, and this year, our first harvest of our own estate grapes.
Dinner will be catered by by Stonehouse Catering, and each course will be served with a wine pairing. Dinner is planned from 6:30-8 PM. We’re hoping for another beautiful sunset!
Join us for 30 minutes mingling in the pergola prior to dinner (6-6:30 PM).
Passed hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour:
Bruschetta with goat cheese and balsamic glaze
Shrimp Tostada with firecracker slaw and avocado
Salad course, paired with Roots White
Main course: Mediterranean chicken skewer (with lemon, oregano, thyme) served with harvest wild rice salad with charred sweet potato, butternut squash, cranberry, red onion, and fennel paired with Riesling
Sirloin steak skewer with turmeric couscous chickpeas, cucumber, cherry tomato, red onion, and feta, paired with Marquette
Dessert: Apple bourbon bread pudding, paired with Solstice
